For Dundee, it was a bitter loss, compounded by the feeling that off-field factors had a tangible impact on the result. Pressley concluded his fiery statement with a warning for other clubs:
“Don’t think this won’t happen to you. When fans start ignoring the rules, it affects everyone on that pitch. The SFA must act now before it becomes normal in Scottish football.”
