TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Alabama women’s basketball guard Sarah Ashlee Barker has been named to the 2025 Jersey Mike’s Naismith Trophy Women’s College Player of the Year Midseason Team, the organization announced Wednesday.

Picked up her third midseason honor in the last week, being named to the Ann Meyers Drysdale Shooting Guard of the Year Award and to the Ann Meyers Drysdale National Player of the Year Watch List

Leads Alabama in scoring, averaging 16.9 points per game

Since returning from injury on Jan. 26, has averaged 20.8 points per game

Scored a career-high 36 points versus Vanderbilt (Jan. 26) before tying a career-high eight assists twice – versus Georgia (Feb. 2), at Mississippi State (Feb. 9)

Collected back-to-back double-doubles during Alabama’s road contest at Florida (Feb. 6 – 18 pts, 10 rebs) and at Mississippi State (Feb. 9 – 19 pts, 12 rebs)

Currently ranks sixth in field goal percentage during SEC play (51.6)
